    I didnt log today but i am sure Gameforge didnt fix a single thing that we mentioned for the current patch.

    What was so unfair that he/she did ?


    You dont take years to fix something?

    You didnt make the whole tera community acting desperate when the only answers we get are that we will inform TERA team?

    Which is this mythical TERA team ?

    When this TERA team will update banyaka box?

    1 month ( the most important one) passed and gear last for 6 months max!!!!

    How Matt Murdock from support claims " Currently, there is no known issue with the Tera Club players' rewards. " and you want us to act normally.

    His job isnt to be aware that banyaka boxes gives previous gear materials only ?




    Maybe its time here in Forum and Support to stop template responses that look like they send from a Bot and speak directly?

    The reason that im here since 2013 its because of Tera not Gameforge.

    Still im their customer and they exploited it.

    There are 2 options only when they answer like that.


    1. They have zero touch with the game and they dont know materials changed.

    2. They lie in your face


    And ofcourse is the second because they are selling the new materials in tera shop since day 1.

    So just out of curiosity at least from people here who talk in this topic.

    How many of you have send a ticket to support? if you did already please share your "experience"

    so basically it was my fault that i open it

    no answer for my main question why this never happens to treasure boxes

    and the classic we ll inform TERA team and act like they heard it for the first time


    And Yes if they heard it for the first time by me i am more disappointed from tera community than gameforge. Big if tho.


    So send tickets if you didnt send already and share it here.

    If u didnt sent anything yet well we get what we deserve.

    I will be surprised if they did without announcement but i havent tested myself.

    1 month passed and still radio silence.

    ...and btw the month you need them the most.


    Update : I tested and guess what still previous gear mats.

    The only thing that i miss from old tera is that it was full of people.

    Not content or game balance.

    And the only reason it was full of people is that ......."""hello it was new game""" and as every f2p game at the start they didnt make it full p2w yet.

    The fact that you want even charms to come back it shows you are just nostalgic nothing more.

    Tera club is still valuable even like this if you are crazy enough or addicted (like me) to play the game.

    Ofcourse it should give updated materials.

    Its crazy that we have to ask about updating materials in every patch lately.


    The situation ingame its insane.The lack of materials combined with the restriction for first time ever!!!!! to not being able to enter dungeons without the min ilvl is breaking static parties and even friend groups.

    Personally i had to help gear up 2 friends just to reach 521 and 522 and i will have to help them again for 524 too.

    And gameforge says................... when we have news we will let you know at best.


    I have to mention that this is not personal attack to  threea or any other moderator.

    Attackin threea is like attacking the waiter if the food of the restaurant is bad.

    The chef and the restaurant owner is the one to blame.

    We all know gameforge cant say this forever or repeat same "mistakes" in every patch.


    When they act like this people will ofcourse think they dont update "banyaka boxes" or other sources ingame just to sell more "frost treasure chests".


    Radio silence from Gameforge is the worst problem in my opinion in Tera atm and we all know tera has no lack of problems.


    P.S. if anyone found or have any other answer from gameforge please post it here. I might missed something.

    STOP taking people money if you cannot provide the service you are advertising .

    You cant fix tera club problems FINE.... stop selling it.

    Hiding and answers like this Coffre Clairière... are not answers .

    Stop selling things you cannot provide this is criminal behaviour.

    Fix things or just be honest for game's future and what you really wanna do from now on.

    To summarize cause for sure the topic will close tomorrow 100%


    a) this "proof" is proof only for you.

    b) noone plays same day with cheats and without so in best case scenario you only didnt abuse the canceling ( it ll take u a week or more to adapt to different attack speed )

    c) and above all 90% of the community as you claim might use toolbox but NOT scripts that abuse the cooldown and completely manipulate the skills.


    Same date you play with scripts on and off and we arguing for WHAT?


    P.S. i never called anyone an idiot ... or talked about their low IQs this is your job .
